Terms of service for HOMIQ Systems.

General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between HOMIQ Systems s.r.o. (hereinafter "provider") and the customer in the provision of smart home services.
Scope of Services
The provider offers design, installation, and maintenance of smart home solutions based on the Home Assistant platform. The scope of services is always specified in an individual quote.
Orders and Contracts
A contract is formed upon confirmation of the order by the provider. A detailed quote is always prepared before work begins, subject to customer approval.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are always stated in the individual quote. Standard payment terms: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, balance due upon completion and handover.
Warranty and Support
We provide warranties on our installations in accordance with applicable laws. We also offer technical support and maintenance services based on individual agreement.
Final Provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic. The provider reserves the right to update these terms.
